When Center Parcs introduced the ‘Female Movement’, a leadership network designed for its women employees, they enlisted our expertise to ensure its impactful launch and sustained appeal. Collaborating closely with their dynamic team, we strategized multiple pathways to guarantee the network’s success. This collaboration culminated in the creation of the SheLeads Summit, an event dedicated to celebrating the network’s inception and honoring the exceptional women within Center Parcs.

PRIORITISING DEI
The summit served as a springboard for future collaborations, laying the foundation for continued efforts with Center Parcs to prioritise diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our partnership is dedicated to ensuring that the Female Movement remains a flagship initiative 

 

within the company. Together, we are committed to developing a DEI strategy that not only sets Center Parcs apart but also establishes it as a leader in fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.

Sacha Martina (House of Inclusion) hosted the event and welcomed guest speakers Sophie-Anne Onland, Marianne Bruijn and Kitty Smeeten. We collaborated with Hands Off Chocolate, Garcia and The Female Fix. 

We collaborated with inclusive, female lead companies and speakers, to provide a platform for female enterpreneurs, creating a larger impact internally and externally.
